Anna-tude of the week: Don’t let it go after 40. As we get older it is more important than ever to stay healthy and fit. We are tired quicker, bones start to ache, and things start to sag and get loose. This does not have to be you. Exercise will indeed keep you younger by boosting your mood, sense of accomplishment, it helps you sleep better, it makes you look and feel better, it keeps things firm not saggy, and it gives you more confidence in the bedroom. If nothing else, do it for that! Bottom line is, make it a priority and don’t make excuses. I will offer real regular women tips in the coming weeks on how you can get fit and healthy over 40. This is not for the women with the goals of being body builders. I can’t help with that. Just fit, healthy, and sexy over 40. I got that. Just don’t let it go. Stay tuned!
